A dashcam endurance TF card works in conditions ordinary cards were never designed for: a sealed housing behind the windshield, recording from the moment the ignition turns on, overwritten again and again until the loop reaches the end of the buffer. This dashcam endurance TF card is built for exactly that duty cycle. Consecutive writes are spread across the whole NAND array, so the card keeps a stable sequential write speed after thousands of hours of car camera recording. Heat is the main reason a card drops out of the file system, so the package is chosen for low thermal resistance and each batch is soak tested at 85 degrees Celsius before packing.

The dashcam endurance TF card is specified for vehicles and for any recorder that writes in a closed loop:
A: Yes. Writes are throttled before the die reaches its thermal limit and the low resistance package spreads heat into the card slot, which is why the card is rated to 85 degrees Celsius and soak tested before shipment.
A: A normal card writes into the same blocks until they wear out. This high heat loop write card rotates blocks across the full array, so endurance is used evenly and the card lasts far longer in continuous recording.
A: With 4K on two channels, 128GB of dashcam endurance TF card storage holds roughly eight to twelve hours before the loop replaces the oldest clips. For longer retention choose 256GB or 512GB.
A: OEM and ODM are both available for this dashcam endurance TF card: printed label, retail blister or color box, and a pre set file system with the volume label your recorder expects.
Cards are produced in our own Shenzhen facility with full line automated testing, so samples ship in three to five working days and bulk orders in ten to fifteen days. Each carton carries a batch code that traces back to the test report, and our team can advise on capacity planning, file system choice and a spare card policy for fleet customers.
