Food Grade Tinplate Can with One-Way Degassing Valve
Engineered for the fresh food and specialty coffee sectors in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, this 250g tinplate can combines a one-way degassing valve with a food grade internal coating. It continuously releases carbon dioxide while sealing out oxygen, moisture and light, keeping roasted coffee, fermented foods and powders fresh for longer.
Outstanding Freshness Protection
One-Way Degassing Valve: vents CO₂ automatically once internal pressure exceeds a set threshold and closes instantly to prevent oxygen re-entry, ideal for freshly roasted coffee and fermented products.
Oxygen & Light Barrier: Tinplate has an extremely low oxygen transmission rate (<0.01 cm³/(m²*24h*atm)) and is completely opaque, effectively preventing flavor degradation caused by oxidation and light exposure.
Moisture & Odor Proof: Its water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) is near zero. With an airtight lid, it maintains a low-humidity environment inside, keeping beans dry and free from absorbing foreign odors.
Product Details
Structure: three-piece tinplate can with precision double-seam top and bottom, a smooth side weld and a uniform bead for stacking stability.
One-Way Degassing Valve: integrated silicone/rubber diaphragm valve releases gas above a preset pressure and re-seals immediately, preserving aroma and preventing oxidation.
Internal Coating: BPA-NI epoxy phenolic lining resists acidic and oily contents and is certified for direct food contact.
Printing & Finish: high-gloss CMYK offset printing with optional matte varnish, spot UV and embossing for premium shelf presentation.
Quality Control: 100% seam inspection, helium leak test and burst pressure test on every batch before shipment.
