Brief Introduction:

The vacuum emulsifier mixer mainly consists of water pot, oil pot, emulsifying pot (main tank), vacuum system, hydraulic lifting system (optional), button or PLC control system, operation platform, etc.

For different capacity requirements, we can customize the capacity from 5 litre to 6000 litre, and different homogenizer options for your choice.

The machine is widely used in Cosmetic, Daily Chemical, Food and Pharmaceutical area for manufacturing viscous and none-viscous liquid products, such as cream, paste, sanitizer gel, body lotion, hair dye, ointment, sauce, mayonnaise, etc.

Performances And Features:

1. The vacuum emulsifying machine can be adopted with bottom homogenizer, top homogenizer, circulation homogenizer, etc. Usually we will select a suitable design according to the product you make and batch capacity.
2. The machine can be customized as lifting type or fixed type, lifting type is usually using for capacity below 1000L, above 1000L the size of machine could be over height, therefore we have fixed type machine for your choice, which is shorter and more economic.
3. The machine is adopted with two way mixing system to make sure products could be mixed more even, and wall scraper to avoid products stick or remain on the wall.
4. The vacuum system has multi-purpose, it can be using to remove bubble from your products, and transfer raw material from other tanks into the main tank by negative pressure, especially for powder transfer, it could avoid powder floating during the process.
5. The tank is made with 3 layers and 2 jackets, all connecting parts are well welded from two side, no worry about leaking and distortion.
