Description
Our hydraulic lifting vacuum emulsifying mixer consist of Water and Oil pot, Main emulsifying tank, Vacuum system, Tilting discharge system, Hydraulic lifting system, Mixing system, Homogenizer system and Heating/Cooling system. This coordinated system enables pharmaceutical-grade homogenization for consistent production of high-stability cosmetic emulsions.
Composition system:
emulsifying mixing tank, water tank, oil tank, vacuum system, lifting system, PLC controlling system,operational platform.
Features:
1. Vacuum defoaming function can make the materials meet the requirement of being aseptic.
2. The main tank lid adopts the lifting system, it is easy to clean and the cleaning effect is more obvious, the main tank adopts a tilting discharge.
3. The boiler body is welded with 3 layer imported SS plate, tank body and pipes adopts mirror polish whcih meet the GMP standard.
4. Adopts imported electric appliances which can meet international standards.
5. Contacted parts are made of SS316L, the wall scraper is made of PTFE.
6. According to process requirement, the tank body can heating and cooling the electric heating.
Application
Suitable for production of ointment and cream products in cosmetic. The emulsifying effect is more prominent for materials of high base viscosity and high solid content.
