Single refers to a thinner wire diameter, suitable for applications with high space requirements or low current loads.
PEWH is an enameled wire product that uses Modified Polyester as the insulating material and is coated with Polyimide. Compared with the PEWF series, PEWH has the following characteristics.
Excellent heat resistance: PEWH is heat resistant up to 180°C, making it more suitable for applications such as motors and transformers in high-temperature environments.
Outstanding Mechanical Strength: The polyimide outer layer of PEWH has high mechanical strength and abrasion resistance, making it more resistant to the various stresses associated with the manufacture of motor stator windings.
Excellent electrical properties: PEWH's modified polyester insulation is available in thicknesses of up to 0.1-0.5mm, providing reliable insulation protection in high voltage environments.
Overall, PEWH is a high-end enameled wire product with excellent performance in terms of high temperature resistance, mechanical strength, insulation and chemical resistance. It is widely used in the manufacture of key components for high power motors, large transformers and other industrial applications.
