The ApexScope P Series is an industrial-grade intelligent pipe inspection camera engineered by AIWINGS for thermal power boiler connecting pipes and energy equipment internal piping. Designed for pipe diameters from 100mm to 800mm, it integrates a 10-inch multi-touch handheld host, an HD inspection camera and a self-developed smart operating system into one portable platform. With an axial and radial pan-tilt camera head and global-shutter imaging, it delivers clear internal visuals, while on-device AI defect recognition supports offline inspection, locating and marking for faster field decisions.

The ApexScope P Series runs AIWINGS' self-developed smart operating system, unifying camera sensing, defect recognition and inspection records. AI defect recognition detects, locates and annotates corrosion, cracks, scaling, deposits, foreign objects and blockages, and runs locally at up to 30fps on live video or still images without a network connection. DeepData centralizes inspection videos, images, defect annotations and device information for quick query by project, pipe section and time, while DeepReason supports comparative analysis of pipe condition over time.
