The processor has a signal processing circuit that is provided with a digital signal processor. The digital processor generates a coarse video signal that is indirectly displayable on a video screen from image signals generated by a charge coupled device sensor .An auxiliary circuit has a correction circuit that generates another coarse video signal that is directly displayable on the video screen included for the following: (a) video endoscope (b) a camera for an endoscope.
The Wolf 2232 is a laparoscopic CO2 insufflator with integrated gas warming, over-pressure control and a video connection for on-screen display of insufflation parameters. It delivers a continuous flow of up to 30 L/min over a working pressure range of 3-25 mmHg, and supports an external gas humidifier so that the gas entering the peritoneal cavity is both warmed and humidified. Showing flow, pressure and alarm status on the surgical monitor through the video output means the operating team sees the pneumoperitoneum data without turning to a separate device.
Use medical-grade CO2 with a clean, dry regulator and confirm the cylinder pressure before each list. Inline hydrophobic filters should be replaced at the interval set by your facility protocol; a saturated filter restricts flow and can trigger false low-flow alarms. Check the over-pressure cut-off during the daily pre-use test, examine the tubing for kinks and cracks, and drain the water trap after use. Where a humidifier is fitted, follow its own cleaning cycle and use only sterile water.
