The Olympus ENF-V2 is a video rhino-laryngoscope that combines a 3.2 mm outer diameter with high-definition imaging and a redesigned pistol grip. The 3.2 mm tip is the smallest in routine ENT use, and it changes the examination: a scope this thin passes a narrow nasal passage without trauma, which matters in patients with septal deviation or a history of epistaxis, and the pistol grip keeps the instrument stable during a seated office examination.
