LW-S9500 Spark Building-up Welding Repair Machine Introduction
LW-D9500 is a high-power and high-speed intelligent electric spark surfacing repair cold welding machine developed by Chongqing Union Technology Co., Ltd. It uses capacitor continuous discharge and micro-atomic bonding to make the welding material and the base metal perfect metallurgical combination. The latest integrated motherboard with intelligent switching and 16 fast switching modes make repairing easier.
Scope of Application
1. Repair of all casting defects, various metal defects, and mold repairs;
2. Gray cast iron, ductile iron, cast steel, cast aluminum, stainless steel precision casting, alloy casting, etc.;
3. High chromium cast iron, die casting, gravity casting, low pressure, high pressure casting, zinc alloy casting, etc.;
4. Use castings to repair defects such as pores, slag inclusions, cracks, machining over-tolerance.
Performance Characteristics
1. Easy to process, no porosity, no undercut, no hard spots;
2. Perfect metallurgical bonding has no heat shadow area after welding;
3. Adopting multiple pieces of reverse-wound two-wire package rectifier transformer, the power is more than twice the previous;
