Please follow these steps carefully to ensure a successful installation of the TD42 TD42T Overhaul Rebuild Kit with Full Gasket Set on your Nissan WF03A35U Diesel Forklift:

Step 1: Preparation

• Ensure the forklift is parked on a flat and stable surface.
• Disconnect the battery and remove any electrical connections to avoid accidents during the installation process.

2. Carefully install the new pistons and connecting rods back into the engine block.
3. Apply appropriate lubrication to all moving parts during reassembly.

Step 7: Cylinder Head Installation
