Product Description:

Bag dust collectors are used to filter dust-containing gas using textile filter cloth or non-textile felt to make filter bags. The dust-containing gas goes through the bag dust collector and gravity causes larger particles and heavier dust to settle down and fall into the ash hopper. The filtering effect of fiber fabrics is used to filter the remaining fine dust particles, effectively treating the dust.

The dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper through the guide plate from the lower air intake pipe. The guide plate reduces the gas velocity and causes coarse dust to fall into the ash hopper. The remaining fine dust particles then enter the filter bag chamber with the gas. The dust is retained in the filter bag by the effects of the filter material fiber and fabric. The purified gas escapes from the bag and is discharged through the exhaust pipe. The dust accumulated on the filter bag is removed by gas backwashing and is discharged to the ash conveying device through the double-layer ash unloading valve. Alternatively, the dust can be removed by spraying pulse airflow.
