The Activated Carbon Adsorption Filter is an eco-friendly equipment designed for the filtration of exhaust gases and absorption of odors. The Activated Carbon Adsorption Box is an exhaust gas treatment equipment often used along with other products. It functions primarily in paint mist treatment. During the process of painting a workpiece, paint spraying exhaust gas is generated at the paint spraying workbench. High-pressure air sprays most of the paint on the workpiece while the rest is carried out with the exhaust gas, forming paint mist dust. The dust content is not high, and the particle size is mainly small, with most being less than 10mm.
The paint mist outside the box enters the Paint Mist Purification Treatment Box, propelled by a fan. Gas-liquid separator separates water and gas, and the exhaust gas moves into the box. In the walking process, it gets into contact with the multi-stage filter plate. The granular dust mist gets adsorbed by the filter plate, and the filtered gas gets through to the Activated Carbon Adsorption Purification Box. Here, the activated carbon purification box uses activated carbon's high-efficiency adsorption properties to purify the air.
The Activated Carbon Purification Box is divided into an inlet activated carbon filter section and an outlet section. Organic waste gas enters the box from the inlet, and the purified exhaust gas is discharged through the fan and exhaust duct. The equipment finds ample use in the production of electronic components, battery production, pickling operations, wind laboratory, metallurgy, food, pharmaceuticals, and other waste gas treatment. However, it is especially suitable for spray paint waste gas treatment and purification.
