Activated carbon adsorption filters are a type of equipment used to filter exhaust gas and absorb odors. This environmentally friendly device has high adsorption efficiency and can be used for a wide range of applications. The activated carbon adsorption box is commonly used in combination with other exhaust gas treatment products. Its main function is to treat paint mist exhaust gas, which is produced during the process of painting a workpiece on a paint spraying workbench. Most of the paint sprayed by high-pressure air remains on the workpiece, while the rest is carried away by the exhaust gas to form paint mist dust. Although the dust content is not high and the particle size is relatively small (mostly <10mm), the paint mist outside the box must still be drawn into the paint mist purification treatment box by a fan.
Inside the paint mist purification treatment box, a gas-liquid separator separates the gas and water, while the rest of the gas goes through a multi-stage filter plate where the granular dust mist is adsorbed by the filter plate. The remaining clean exhaust gas is filtered through a mesh filter, and then enters the activated carbon adsorption purification box.
The activated carbon purification box uses high-efficiency adsorption material activated carbon to effectively purify the air. It is divided into an air inlet activated carbon filter section and an air outlet section. Organic waste gas enters the box through the air inlet, and the purified qualified exhaust gas is discharged into the air through the fan and exhaust duct. This device has a wide range of applications and is suitable for use in electronic component production, battery production, pickling operations, laboratory wind, metallurgy, chemical industry, medicine, coating, food, brewing and other industries for waste gas treatment, especially for spray paint waste gas treatment and purification.
