This rain test equipment is a non-standard equipment. The artificial rain test chamber is used for external lighting and signal devices and automobile lamp housing protection. It is a necessary testing equipment in the fields of aerospace, automobile and motorcycle, electrical engineering and electronics, home appliances, scientific research and so on.
Product Description
This Weather Rain Spray Simulation Waterproof Climatic Test Chamber used for inspecting products performance of electronic products under rain spray conditions. And it adopt scientific design to real simulate environment condition of water drop, spray, splash etc. With frequency conversion technique, the sample holder able to rotate, water spray rod sweep angle and sweep frequency all controllable.
IPX1 , IPX2 rain spary system used a rain dripping plate which can make sure the operator free from the rain dripping .
IPX 3, IPX4 rain spray system had a spray pipe which was drived by step motor.The angle of the spray pipe can be changed accurately and the speed of the angle changing can be set.
After test,the compressed air would clean the remained water on test chamber .
IPX5, IPX6 rain spray system equipped with original spary nozzles .
with the original nozzle ,the spray area would be confined to a certain area.and the spray angle can be changed.
IPX7 , IPX 8 spray system has the function of adjusting water level automatically .
IPX 9 water ejection system equipped with a high pressure pump which originally from Germany .this system has water ejection nozzle with a temperature control devices .
Waterproofing test class:
There are waterproof testing requirements for portable, outdoor and automotive electronics. IEC, MIL, ETSI and SAE have formulated corresponding testing requirements internationally.
IEC/EN60529 Waterproofing is divided into 9 classes (Class 0 to Class 8), waterproofing classes (e.g. IPX4- Waterproofing class 4) :
Level 0: completely waterproofing without protection
Level 1: Vertical dripping should have no harmful effect
Level 2: When each vertical plane of the case is tilted within the range of 15°, the vertical dripping shall have no harmful effect
Level 3: Water is sprayed within 60° of each vertical plane, without harmful effects
Level 4: Splashing the shell in all directions has no harmful effect
Level 5: Spraying water in all directions to the enclosure has no harmful effect
