Description:
The Ozone Aging Test Chamber is designed to evaluate the resistance of rubber, plastics, and other materials to ozone cracking under controlled environmental conditions. It features an ozone concentration range of 0 to 300 ppm, temperature range of 0°C to 70°C, and humidity control above 65% RH. The chamber supports both dynamic and static test modes, with a 360-degree rotating sample holder at 1 rpm and gas flow rate of 12 to 16 m/s. Equipped with an imported LED digital temperature controller and precision time controller, it ensures accurate and repeatable test results. Multiple safety protections include leakage, short circuit, over-temperature, motor overheating, and over-current protection. It is widely used in automotive, rubber, plastics, and materials testing industries for quality assurance and product development.
