The TWN-P grippers are designed with high precision, permanent lubrication, and multi-tooth straight groove guidance.
● The compact design is ideal for short strokes and heavy loads.
● The load is distributed across a larger surface area, reducing contact stress.
● Grease is distributed more efficiently and evenly.
● It ensures consistent motion rigidity and accuracy over an extended period.
● The oil storage structure in the multi-tooth guide increases service life.
● The maximum finger length can be increased by up to 50%.
2. The TWN-P grippers come with various sensor and pneumatic interface options.
Gripping force maintenance-AS/IS
The TWN-P grippers can be fitted with gripping force maintenance, expanding to TWN-P-AS/IS (AS: closing maintenance, IS: opening maintenance).
A spring is used as an accumulator, maintaining a minimum clamping force even during pressure drops.
