The intelligent high-temperature drying and dehumidification integrated unit for lost foam casting is an all-in-one system that combines drying, dehumidification, and intelligent temperature and humidity control. It is specifically designed for drying lost foam patterns (foam models and coating layers). The unit enables precise control of drying room temperature and humidity, effectively preventing coating cracking, blistering, and deformation, thereby improving casting acceptance rates. It is suitable for both new drying room construction and retrofit projects.

1.Intelligent and Precise Temperature & Humidity Control
Equipped with an AI-based intelligent control system, the unit supports APP-based remote control and multi-stage scheduled temperature and humidity settings. Temperature fluctuation is maintained within ±0.5 °C, and humidity control accuracy reaches ±2% RH, meeting the requirements of multi-stage drying processes.
2.High-Efficiency Drying and Dehumidification
Designed for high-temperature operation (stable performance at 40–60 °C), the system adopts a closed-loop circulation structure with heat recovery. It enables rapid heating (reaching 50 °C within 20–30 minutes) and deep dehumidification (reducing humidity to below 20% RH within 1 hour), achieving efficiency improvements of over 50%.
3.Energy Saving and Reduced Operating Costs
Heat recovery and internal circulation significantly reduce energy loss, lowering energy consumption by approximately 70% compared with conventional drying equipment and substantially reducing operating costs.
4.Safe and Stable Operation
The system features separation of power and control circuits, as well as overload, phase-loss, high/low voltage protection, and power-off memory functions. High-temperature-resistant compressors and PTC heaters ensure long-term stable and reliable operation.
