I. Product Performance and Features
· High-efficiency filter media: Depending on dust characteristics, membrane-coated filter cartridges or special material filter bags are selected. Dust collection efficiency exceeds 99.9%, with stable outlet emission concentrations ≤ 10 mg/m³, meeting environmental emission standards.
· Intelligent cleaning system: High-pressure pulse-jet cleaning technology combined with optimized pulse control delivers uniform and thorough cleaning, ensuring long-term low system resistance and reduced energy consumption.
· High-temperature capability: Capable of handling flue gas temperatures up to 200 °C (such as electric furnace or pouring fumes). Through pre-cooling systems or the use of special high-temperature filter media, safe and stable operation is ensured.
· Energy-efficient operation: Fans are equipped with variable frequency drives (VFDs) that automatically adjust airflow and pressure according to the operating status of dust-generating points, achieving energy savings of up to 30%.
