The main equipment on Natural Gas Fueling Station of the high-plunger pump skid on CNG stations is the pressure plunger pump,and the skid of CNG stations is equipped with automatic control remote control valves, pressure sensors and temperature sensor on CNG stations.

The pipelines and valves before the pump on the skid all use vacuum to keep cold on order to ensure the safe operation of the plunger pump on CNG stations.
The overall structure of the skid body is compact and reasonable, covering small area, easy to lift, install and maintain at Natural Gas Fueling Station.

L-CNG Station Complete Equipment CNG stations High Pressure Skid-mounted Gasifier at CNG Fueling Station:

High pressure skid-mounted gasifier is equipped with high pressure gasifier on CNG Fueling Station, two sets electric heating water bath heater, EAG heater, order control panel,etc.
The equipment has reduced the installation work greatly with safe and reliable performance, beautiful appearance.
High pressure Air bathed Vaporizer can change the low pressure L-CNG which comes from the high pressure piston pump into the normal temperature high pressure natural gas (that is CNG). Each station has 2 gasifiers (one running and one standby)with alternating use. It adopts to the ordinary fin drawn stainless steel tube process to complete 30MPa pressure capacity.
