D-346 is a modified organosilicon compound, which can greatly reduce the surface tension of the system, thus providing a strong wetting ability, without affecting the repainting property. It is an excellent wetting leveling agent for substrate. It is suitable for waterborne wood coatings, inks and UV curing systems, with defoaming effect.
