Description
1. The solid seal column uses the APG technique, the automatic pressure gel molding of epoxy resin. It can shorten the production cycle of epoxy insulation from ten hours to ten minutes, and can control exothermic effect well. It can compensate the shrinkage caused by curing reaction, and has excellent dimensional stability and high mechanical strength. Especially applied to vacuum circuit breaker sealing pole column, complex, thin wall, multi-directional core extraction products are more advantageous.
2. The APG process includes three processes: pre-mixing, automatic pressure gel, and solidification after molding.
3. APG process equipment mainly includes mould, Pre-mixing capacity, mobile injection special pressure vessel, full hydraulic automatic pressure gel molding machine, air compressor, after solidification need oven and necessary auxiliary machine.
In pouring, pouring material is the key. It has a great influence on the reliability and stability of cemented pole.
