Working Principle
Hydraulic drive system: A hydraulic pump generates steady pressure to move the piston vertically or horizontally, providing strong and constant filling force without pulsing.
Filling cylinder & piston: The stuffing is loaded into a stainless-steel cylinder. Under hydraulic pressure, the piston pushes the mixture evenly toward the outlet.
Filling tubes (nozzles): Interchangeable stuffing tubes of different diameters allow precise filling for various casing sizes, from thin collagen casings to large natural or artificial casings.
Controlled operation: Filling speed and pressure are adjustable, ensuring gentle handling of the stuffing to avoid air pockets and fat separation.
Optional features: Some models support knee control, foot pedal operation, or vacuum-assisted filling to further improve product density and appearance.
