This model pairs the vacuum vane filler with a double clipper. It fills, then seals both ends of the casing with clips, which is what you need for polyamide and PE casings.
The ZKG-3500 vacuum vane filler works together with a double clipper as one station. The vane pump takes air out of the paste, fills an exact weight, and the clipper seals both ends with a metal clip on the same cycle. Output is up to 3500 kg/h and the hopper is 220 L. Portions are set from 5 g to 10000 g. All meat-contact parts are SUS304 stainless steel and clean without tools. It is the right setup for cooked, smoked and dry sausage in artificial casing, where a tight clip seal matters.
