This is a vacuum vane filling machine we build for sausage plants. The vane pump pulls air out of the meat before filling, so the sausage comes out tight, even and free of holes.
The ZKG-3500 is a floor-standing vacuum vane filler with a 3500 kg/h output and a 220 L hopper. A rotary vane pump removes air from the paste and pushes it into the casing at a steady pressure. The filling weight is set on the control panel and runs from 5 g to 10000 g, so you can switch between products without changing parts. All parts that touch meat are SUS304 stainless steel, and the pump head, hopper and casing nozzle come off without tools for cleaning. It is a good fit for fresh, cooked and smoked sausage lines that want a repeatable weight and a clean slice.
