The EPS-BC150 150L industrial bowl cutter is designed for high-volume meat emulsification with a built-in water jacket cooling system. It chops, grinds, mixes and emulsifies raw meat in one process while keeping the product temperature low, which protects the myoglobin, fat and nutrients and improves the taste, color and yield of sausages, hams and surimi products.
