An SZB-330 order includes: factory acceptance test with your meat (we can have a sample shipped to us), full 3D CAD model of the machine for your layout engineer, installation drawings with foundation bolt patterns and utility connections, 3 days of on-site commissioning by our engineer (travel cost at cost), and operator training for up to 4 staff. We have installed SZB-330 machines in Thailand, Russia, Nigeria, and Brazil. Our lead engineer speaks English and can coordinate with your local contractor. 12-month full warranty with an optional extended 24-month service contract covering biannual remote inspections and priority parts dispatch.
