This line is built to run all shift with little stopping. A vacuum vane filler, a GN-1200 twister and a hanger work back to back, and the compact ZKG-3500 is a good fit for mid-size plants.
Set the weight once and the line keeps going: the ZKG-3500 fills at 3500 kg/h, the twister links the casing, and the hanger moves the links on. Fewer starts and stops means steadier output through the day.
The ZKG-3500 is the smallest model in the vane range, filling at 3500 kg/h from a 220 L hopper. The vacuum pump keeps air out of the paste for a tight, even sausage, and weight runs from 5 g to 10000 g.
The GN-1200 links filled casing at up to 1500 sets/min. It runs continuously with the filler, covering 30-180 mm twist length and 25-45 mm fold casing.
The hanging machine takes linked sausage off the twister and sets it on racks without tangling. That keeps the line moving and the smokehouse feeding steady.
