Product Features:
1. The cutting blade, cutting blade sleeve and the support ring of our frozen meat mincer are all made of high-precision casting technology, which is formed by one-time casting, and has high structural strength and is not easy to be damaged.
2. The reamer is made of 9CrSi material, which has been forged and has good quenching performance and long wear-resistant service life.
3. High-power motor, sufficient power and large thrust, can directly mince frozen meat.
4. The gear box is precisely machined, and the gears adopt helical tooth structure. After grinding the teeth, the fit is smooth, the noise is low, and the operation is stable.
5. The gear box fixing bolts are installed on the front, which is convenient for disassembly and maintenance.
6. The reducer can increase the torque, increase the thrust of the screw, shorten the processing time of the meat, and the temperature of the meat is small.
