The machine has automatic developing timer (viewing lamp is optional), automatic control of developing and fixing temperature, automatic water supply, and large washing volume; The DL-315 industrial flaw detection constant temperature film processor can quantify the development time and temperature, making the film image more perfect.
According to the principle of the automatic film processor, stir (circulate) the developer and fixer to heat up to the set value; put the film rack with X-ray film into the developing tank of the film processor, and the film processor starts Automatic timing, when the set time (time setting range: 1-6 minutes) is reached, the buzzer will emit a prompt sound, and the worker can lift the film rack from the developing tank (the buzzer stops emitting the prompt sound) and put it into the receiver After entering the display tank (washing tank), put it directly into the fixing tank for 1-5 seconds, and the fixing time is 1-1.5 times of the development. Finally, put the film into the washing tank. The time of the washing tank is the development time 1-1.5 Times. Take out the X-ray film directly into the film dryer or dry it naturally. At this time, the development process is all over, and you can get industrial film with perfect image effects.
When a film processor is placed in the developing tank, the machine will automatically start timing. When the counted time is reached, the user will be reminded (buzzer sound) that the developing time is up. When the user raises the film processor, the timing ends and the buzzer stops beeping.
