The Full Automatic Steel Tube Manufacturing Machine Roller Forming Mill is the primary equipment in welded pipe production lines. This advanced system continuously processes long steel strips of specific dimensions, forming and welding them into high-quality pipes or tubes.
This versatile machine can produce not only standard round pipes but also specialized square and rectangular tubes. The process involves feeding steel strips into the machine, where forming rollers shape them into tube blanks. These then undergo high-frequency induction heating, cooling, sizing, and rough straightening to create finished steel pipes.
