1. DC Drag Flying Cutoff Machine
Our DC drag flying saw has the characters of easy operation and high precision. Using LCD touch screen human-computer interface, modify all parameters on-site, achieving a better combination of mechanical and electrical parts. Keep a long-term running with high speed, high precision and low fault.
2. AC Drag Flying Cutoff Machine
Our AC flying saw is geared to international standards. The AC drive changes drive motors from AC to DC and then to AC, avoiding the controlled silicon false triggering and pulse losing phenomenon caused by power grid, and increasing the anti-jamming capability of the machine. The inertia of AC motor is small, and it is easier than DC motor to trace and adjust with high precision when the pipe speed is undulate. The AC motor is easier to maintain than DC motor, and also it has a good characteristic and a long useful time. The CT-01 motion controller uses special software to solve the drive moment problem of AC motor and get the patent (03238131.X).
