Supporting universal AC input (90–265V, 45–65Hz) and CAN bus communication for real-time data exchange with BMS and vehicle VCU, we offer one-stop OEM & ODM solutions with full automotive-grade reliability.
Built-in CAN bus (J1939 / custom protocol) enables real-time voltage, current, and temperature monitoring, automatic start/stop based on BMS commands, CC/CV multi-stage charging profile, fault diagnosis, and firmware update via CAN. Supports UDS diagnosis and CAN wake-up function for advanced vehicle communication.
Fully sealed IP67-rated aluminum housing ensures safe operation even under short-term water immersion conditions. Withstands vibration, temperature changes, dust, and moisture in engine bays or underbody installations.
Operates reliably from -40°C to +85°C with built-in temperature sensor that automatically shuts down output at internal 90°C for safety. Features both air cooling and liquid cooling options for efficient heat dissipation.
Integrated protections against overvoltage, under-voltage, overcurrent, short-circuit, over-temperature, and reverse electrical connection. Thermal shutdown and automatic recovery ensure safe operation under hazardous conditions.
Delivers high charging conversion efficiency up to 94% to minimize energy loss. Output power: 3300W@220VAC / 1600W@110VAC with constant voltage/current output method.
Optional 12V DC/DC converter provides power for low-voltage electric vehicle equipment, simplifying vehicle electrical system integration.
Supports programmable constant current / constant voltage charging profiles with ±1% constant pressure accuracy and ±2% constant current accuracy.
Compact dimensions (244×170×68mm, 4.1kg) enable easy installation in tight vehicle spaces. Lightweight modular design accelerates vehicle R&D and conversion projects.
