This 3.7V 50Ah NMC cell is manufactured with high-energy-density nano materials, ceramic diaphragm, and gel electrolyte, delivering both lightweight design and superior safety. It supports over 3,000 deep charge-discharge cycles, providing 4 times longer life than lead-acid batteries and 2 times longer than conventional lithium-ion batteries. It is an ideal power core for electric vehicles, solar energy storage systems, UPS, and various industrial equipment.
CTS supports OEM customization, from individual cells to complete battery packs. With a 10-year experienced technical team, we offer structural drawings in 3 days, prototype samples in 1 month, and simulation testing in 15 days. We also provide one-stop supporting services for motors, motor controllers, OBC, custom harnesses, and terminals. Certifications include CE, UN38.3, MSDS, IEC, ISO9001, ensuring full compliance with international transport and safety regulations.
Adopts high-capacity nano cathode materials, high-purity synthetic graphite anode, and self-developed fiber ceramic diaphragm. Low internal resistance and compact size (310×100×11 mm) make installation easy and space-efficient.
Explosion-proof and leak-proof design, overcharge & overdischarge protection, flame-retardant gel electrolyte. X-ray alignment inspection and burr detection guarantee internal consistency and safety.
Operating temperature: -20℃ to 60℃. Supports continuous 3C discharge and peak 5C discharge, meeting instantaneous high-current requirements for both power and storage applications.
2-hour initial evaluation → 3-day structural drawing → 1-month prototype sample → 15-day simulation testing. One-stop solutions for battery packs, motors, controllers, OBC, and custom harnesses/terminals.
