This system has been developed for the purpose of ESD protection on SMT, SMD, Semiconductor industrial and the storage and logistic of PCB and electronic components. It is made of assembled plastic parts that provide a better dimensional stability when a strong temperature varying occurs. Furthermore, it is not subjected to accidental change in width and mot wearing of moving parts.
Conductive PP/PPE, Zinc Coating Steel, Aluminium Alloy is designed to keep 50 pieces of PCB at a surface resistance within 103-109Ω.
Herzesd magazines rack is designed to meet the standard dimensions which is the most commonly used on automated lines. It is well-constructed, and made of strong injection molded material, with metal reinforcement (both top and bottom). Additionally, the standardized plate fits most of the popular brands you can find on the market.
