Description:

The Antistatic Double Station 209-1 is an industrial-grade dual-station electrostatic wrist strap continuity tester. Serving as the core monitoring equipment for ESD protection workstations, it is used to verify the integrity and functionality of the operator's electrostatic wrist strap system in real-time.

Main design and functional features

1. Dual-station independent testing system
Synchronous independent operation: Two workstations are completely independent, allowing two operators to test simultaneously or separately
Parallel monitoring: Each workstation has independent indicator lights and test circuits
2. Core testing functions
Three-state indication system:
Green GOOD light: The resistance value is within the safe range (the standard range is usually 0.75MΩ-10MΩ)
Red OPEN light: High resistance (>10MΩ) or open circuit fault
Red SHORT light: low resistance (<0.75MΩ) or short circuit risk
Safe testing current: Utilizing a microcurrent test of less than 250µA to ensure operational safety
3. Physical structural features
Metal test plate: Each workstation is equipped with a stainless steel test plate for contact with the conductive surface of the wrist strap
Grounding banana socket: standard 4mm banana socket, connecting the wristband grounding wire
Industrial enclosure: Typically made of metal or high-strength engineering plastics, it is designed to withstand industrial environments
Panel layout: Each workstation includes:
Test button (manually trigger test)
Red and green dual-color LED indicator light

Test Process

Preparation stage: The operator wears the wristband on the skin
Connection stage: Insert the banana plug of the grounding wire into the corresponding socket of the tester
Contact stage: Press the metal part of the wrist strap beneath the test board
Trigger test: Press the test button (or automatic periodic test)
System verification: Tester detects complete loop resistance
Result feedback: Display PASS/FAIL status in real-time
