The dust-free room anti-static coat strictly selects high-performance red and black dual color diamond grid fabric. By precisely interweaving 98% high-quality polyester filament with 2% conductive carbon fiber, a stable conductive mesh structure is formed to ensure that the overall surface resistance of the coat is stably controlled within the national standard A-level anti-static range of 10e6 to 10e8 Ω. The fabric adopts diamond shaped three-dimensional weaving technology, which not only significantly improves the tear resistance and wear resistance of the fabric compared to ordinary plain weave fabric, but also effectively suppresses the generation and shedding of fine dust particles by reducing fiber exposure, perfectly adapting to the strict requirements of clean rooms for dust collection.
Feature:
1. Advantages of diamond grid structure: The unique diamond grid weaving texture not only gives the fabric a high-end texture and appearance, but also plays a key role in physical performance. This structure increases the friction coefficient of the fabric surface, making it less likely for the wearer to slip off the tool during operation; At the same time, the small gaps formed by weaving nodes enhance the breathability and moisture conductivity of the fabric, reduce the stuffiness of long-term wear, and improve comfort.
2. Permanent conductive mechanism: Conductive carbon fibers are embedded inside the fabric in a warp and weft interweaving manner, forming a continuous path for charge discharge. The static electricity generated by the wearer's body can be conducted to the surface of the fabric through the inner lining of the coat and quickly exported through the grounding system. This performance is resistant to industrial water washing (recommended 100 times or more) and will not deteriorate due to prolonged use.
3. Low dust and ion pollution control: The fabric is made of long polyester fibers, effectively avoiding the problem of short fibers easily shedding hair and pilling. Combined with tightly woven diamond grids, the fiber ends are further locked to meet the particle control standards of Class 100 (ISO 5) cleanrooms. At the same time, the chemical inertness of carbon fibers ensures low ion precipitation and will not cause ion pollution to precision products.
4. Color function differentiation: The combination of red and black is not only beautiful, but also has management functions. In actual production lines, color can be used to divide job permissions (such as red for quality inspection personnel and black for equipment maintenance personnel) or area cleanliness levels, facilitating on-site 6S visual management and quickly identifying personnel roles.
