Anti Static ESD File Folder (4-hole Clamp)+ESD Documents Holder(50 A4 Inner Page)
The combination set includes an anti-static loose leaf folder with a four hole fixture and an anti-static file holder that can hold 50 A4 inner pages. Both are made of permanent anti-static materials made through molecular modification technology, rather than surface spraying process, so the anti-static performance is stable and long-lasting, not affected by wiping or time. Its surface resistance is usually maintained between 10e6 and 10e9 ohms, which can effectively discharge the static electricity generated by the friction between documents and plastics in daily operations, and prevent the accumulation of static discharge (ESD) from damaging sensitive electronic components. This combination is widely used in clean rooms and electrostatic protection areas (EPA) in industries such as semiconductors, chip packaging, optoelectronics, and biomedicine. It is used to classify and store key documents such as work instructions, production work orders, and inspection records, ensuring that paper materials in the process flow do not become sources of electrostatic hazards. It also facilitates the archiving and organization of documents and the logistics transfer of clean rooms
Feature:
1. The material has undergone special modification, which not only prevents static electricity, but also has the characteristics of smooth surface and not easy to chip off. When rubbing or flipping pages, no fine fibers or dust are generated, which complies with Class 100 (M3.5) or higher cleanroom usage standards, avoiding the risk of ordinary folders contaminating the clean environment with particulate matter caused by wear and tear.
2. Permanent anti-static materials are insensitive to temperature and humidity changes, and can maintain stable electrical resistivity in dry or low-temperature production line environments. At the same time, this material is resistant to most weak acids, bases, and organic solvents. Even if accidentally contaminated with commonly used cleanroom cleaning agents, it will not cause a decrease in anti-static performance or material deformation.
3. The four hole fixture not only plays a fixing role, but its metal or conductive plastic clip can form a continuous static discharge path with the inner file sleeve. When the folder is placed on a grounded workbench or anti-static cart, the entire file system can instantly transfer accumulated charges to the ground, achieving full path protection.
4. Folder covers are usually made of transparent or semi transparent dissipative materials, which facilitate visual management (directly seeing the file title on the homepage) and can be quickly verified for anti-static compliance during audits or inspections through permanent grid patterns or ESD markings on the surface.
