Technical parameters and structural characteristics
Materials and Adhesive Layer
Substrate: Made of paper or PE/PVC composite film to ensure a smooth surface and tear resistance.
Adhesive layer: an acrylic based adhesive layer with a thickness of 0.05-0.10mm, with an adhesive strength of 0.130-0.170kN/m, which can effectively capture particles with a diameter of ≥ 0.3 μ m.
Peel off design: Each layer of adhesive dust pad is separated by pre cut lines, allowing users to easily remove contaminated layers and avoid cross contamination.

Packaging: Usually packaged in 50 pages per book, each book is individually packed in a moisture-proof bag for easy storage and retrieval.

Silicone dust roller assisted cleaning
When used in conjunction with silicone adhesive rollers, the adhesive pad can serve as a cleaning base for the rollers. After the roller absorbs large particles, the residue is peeled off by a sticky dust pad to extend the service life of the roller.
Industry adaptability
Semiconductor manufacturing: used for lithography machine countertops and dust-free workshop floor dust removal.
