Unlike tapes with topical coatings that wear off, our conductive tri-laminate polystyrene is inherently and permanently ESD-safe. We have tested archival samples dating back years, and they perform as effectively as the day they were manufactured. While we certify a 5-year shelf life to meet quality system requirements, the material's conductivity is effectively permanent.
