with air conditioner, Rectifier system, ATS(Automatic Transfer Switch ), battery, PDU, etc.

(1) It’s a galvanized steel cabinet with thermal insulation, surface treat with outdoor anti-corrosion powder coating. For cabinet, we can customize different size, material including galvanized steel/ stainless steel or aluminum

(2) This cabinet equip with a embedded door with inner hinge ,door stopper ,electronic lock and three-point anti-theft lock, and an air conditioner for cooling.

(3) The battery shelf is for house 2* 100AH lithium batteries.

(4) These four stand column are 19 inch standard rack with L-shape tray and cable manager, this rack usually used for installing client’s telecom equipment, power system, lithium battery and so on, at the bottom it’s the grounding copper bar with earth wire , and some cable inlets.

(5) We also can equip an environmental monitoring unit,this system support SNMP and RS485 communication and it can work together with various sensors to monitor the cabinet inside environment

(6) AC power distribution unit. Our power distribution unit spec can be customized based on client’s requirement

(7) Rectifier system:48VDC rectifier with 3 parts: power distribution unit ,rectifier module and monitoring module. our power distribution unit spec can be customized ;our rectifier module have 3 models: 30A/50A/75A,the quantity depends on customer’s capacity ; monitoring module support SNMP/RS485 communication and battery management etc.

6. Packing

Selecting the Right Packaging Materials: Use sturdy and durable packaging materials such as corrugated cardboard boxes, foam padding, bubble wrap, and woodcase to protect the cabinet during transit.

Securing the Cabinet: Make sure the cabinet is securely fastened inside the packaging to prevent movement and potential damage during transportation. Use straps or cushioning materials to keep it in place.

Protection from Moisture and Elements: If the cabinet is being shipped long-distance or outdoors, consider using moisture-resistant packaging materials or waterproof covers to protect it from the elements.
