Q2: Can I install it myself, or do I need an electrician?

A: We provide detailed installation instructions and video guides – if you're handy, you can try DIY. However, for safety reasons, we strongly recommend hiring a certified electrician, especially if circuit modifications are required.

A: It depends on your vehicle's battery size and the power model you choose. With the 7kW version, a 60kWh EV takes about 8‑9 hours to charge from 0 to 100% – a full charge overnight. Actual time varies slightly by model and BMS.

Q5: Do you support OEM? Can packaging and manuals be branded with my logo?

A: Absolutely. We are a factory and support full OEM/ODM customization: Logo printing on casing & Customized packaging and user manuals with your brand VI 

Q6: How is shipping calculated? Which countries do you ship to?

A: We ship worldwide via sea freight, air freight, or express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS). Shipping costs are charged at cost based on destination, method, and quantity. We can also arrange logistics on your behalf and provide door‑to‑door quotes.
