Ⅱ.Characteristic and benefit for Single Effect and Double Effect evaporator
The product of this equipment with any pollution,equipment is easy to clean,simple operation,small floor space, heater and evaporator adopt stainless steel insulation construction, insulation is polyurethane foam,surface is mirror polish or honed polish, meet the GMP medicine standard.
Ethyl Alcohol recovery:recycle capacity is adjustable, adopt vacuum concentration processing.production ratio improved 5-10 times than old same type equipment,energy consumption reduced 30%,with the
characteristic of lower investment cost and high recovery ratio.
Concentrated liquid:this equipment adopt combined outer heater natural external circulation and vacuum
pressure evaporation,evaporation quickly,concentration ratio could reach 1.3.

water about 140,000t/a,totally about 200,000CNY.
This equipment adopt combined outer heater natural external circulation and vacuum pressure evaporation,evaporation quickly,concentration ratio could reach 1.25-1.4(normal herbal liquid)
Evaporator adopt three effect evaporation at same time, secondary steam will be recycle use,consumption reduced 67% than single effect evaporator,the saving money one year is worth the total evaporator equipment
cost.
