How long is your delivery time?
For charging posts, it is usually 3-10 days. If there is no stock, the production lead time is determined according to the order quantity. High-power DC charging posts usually need to be customized according to the customer's technical parameters.
How long does it take to customize the prototype?
For charging piles, the prototype time is usually 7 days. For DC charging post, the prototype time is usually 15 days. For high power fast charging station, the technical parameters need to be determined before production, and the prototype time is usually 30 days.
How to guarantee the service?
Our products are divided into two categories: household and commercial. For home chargers, we provide standardized service: 1 year warranty + remote installation and usage guidance + video installation tutorial. For commercial chargers, we not only provide standardized services for charging piles, but also provide payment software docking services for operating companies.
How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
The charging post products we sell have passed GB certification in China and CE certification in EU. For some other countries, the relevant certifications are in progress.
