The 120kW DC Fast EV Charger is an integrated high-power charging solution designed to deliver rapid, stable, and intelligent DC charging for electric vehicles. Built to support both single-gun fast charging and multi-gun simultaneous output, the charger automatically identifies the vehicle’s BMS to ensure precise power delivery and optimized charging performance.

Engineered with strict appearance and structural standards, every unit undergoes detailed surface quality checks — including coating consistency, color accuracy, mechanical integrity, and smooth finishing with no burrs or sharp edges. The charger’s metal housing is designed to withstand mechanical stress and harsh outdoor conditions, ensuring long-term reliability.

Fully compliant with GB/T 20234.3-2015, GB/T 18487.1-2015, GB/T 18487.3-2001, and the communication protocol GB/T 27930-2015, the charger guarantees safe operation and seamless communication between the charger and the vehicle’s battery management system.

Product Features

• The charger cabinet must be equipped with charging plugs and cable storage devices to facilitate the access and placement of charging plugs and cables.

For charging posts, it is usually 3-10 days. If there is no stock, the production lead time is determined according to the order quantity. High-power DC charging posts usually need to be customized according to the customer's technical parameters.

Q: How long does it take to customize the prototype?
For charging piles, the prototype time is usually 7 days.
For DC charging post, the prototype time is usually 15 days.
For high power fast charging station, the technical parameters need to be determined before production, and the prototype time is usually 30 days.

For home chargers, we provide standardized service: 1 year warranty + remote installation and usage guidance + video installation tutorial
