This all-in-one integrated DC charger delivers comprehensive charging capabilities, covering single-gun high-speed fast charging, efficient interim charging, and four-gun simultaneous charging with intelligent power balancing.Built with a high-precision BMS auto-recognition module, the device instantly and accurately identifies vehicle battery management systems. It dynamically optimizes power output to adapt to each vehicle’s actual charging parameters and operational needs, guaranteeing safe, stable and highly efficient charging at all times.Boasting sophisticated industrial design and strict manufacturing benchmarks in appearance and overall build quality, the charger adopts premium anti-corrosion paint and high-performance coating materials. It features harmonized, refined color styling across the unit, alongside standardized, legible markings for easy identification and routine maintenance. All metal components are precision polished with smooth, seamless surfaces, free of sharp edges, burrs, cracks, dents and other mechanical imperfections. The evenly applied high-gloss finish resists common coating defects such as ripples, flow marks, sagging, peeling and chipping, providing superior weather resistance and long-term structural durability.McKee Intelligent Technology adheres to standardized production procedures and rigorous quality control. All products fully conform to Chinese national industry standards and technical regulations.The charger complies with GB/T 20234.3-2015, GB/T 18487.1-2015 and GB/T 18487.3-2001 for charging interface specifications and system design & fabrication. It also meets GB/T 27930-2015, the key national standard for BMS communication protocols. For charging posts, it is usually 3-10 days. If there is no stock, the production lead time is determined according to the order quantity. High-power DC charging posts usually need to be customized according to the customer's technical parameters.
How long does it take to customize the prototype?
For charging piles, the prototype time is usually 7 days. For DC charging posts, the prototype time is usually 15 days. For high power fast charging stations, the technical parameters need to be determined before production, and the prototype time is usually 30 days.
How to guarantee the service?
Our products are divided into two categories: household and commercial. For home chargers, we provide standardized service: 1 year warranty + remote installation and usage guidance + video installation tutorial. For commercial chargers, we provide both standardized services and payment software docking services for operating companies.
How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
The charging post products we sell have passed GB certification in China and CE certification in EU. For some other countries, the relevant certifications are in progress.
