This EU-standard 80kW DC EV charger is equipped with an off-grid billing system to eliminate reliance on network connectivity. It remains fully operational amid unexpected outages including network disconnection, power failure or poor mobile signal. Charging can be normally activated via card swiping or QR code scanning even when offline; the device locally stores all charging orders and calculates charges accurately. Once network resumes, all bills can be synchronised with one click, ensuring zero missing orders and error-free accounting. It effectively avoids revenue losses caused by network breakdowns and guarantees stable earnings for charging stations around the clock.

For charging posts, it is usually 3-10 days. If there is no stock, the production lead time is determined according to the order quantity. High-power DC charging posts usually need to be customized according to the customer's technical parameters.
How long does it take to customize the prototype?
For charging piles, the prototype time is usually 7 days. For DC charging posts, the prototype time is usually 15 days. For high power fast charging stations, the technical parameters need to be determined before production, and the prototype time is usually 30 days.
How to guarantee the service?
Our products are divided into two categories: household and commercial. For home chargers, we provide standardized service: 1 year warranty + remote installation and usage guidance + video installation tutorial. For commercial chargers, we provide both standardized services and payment software docking services for operating companies.

The charging post products we sell have passed GB certification in China and CE certification in EU. For some other countries, the relevant certifications are in progress.
