1. Product Description

This U style alternating current charging station is engineered for US Type1 electric vehicles, delivering peak charging power of 11.5kW with 48A rated output current. It supports both wall-mounted and column-mounted installation to adapt to varied parking site layouts for residential and light commercial use. The station accepts wide input and output voltage coverage of 85V to 265V and works seamlessly with 50Hz or 60Hz grid frequency. Its reliable working temperature spans -30℃ to +50℃, maintaining stable charging performance in hot summer and frigid winter environments. The control box dimension is 365225100mm HWD, fitted with a 4.59-inch LCD human-machine interface for real-time charging data viewing. It supports plug and charge pre-scheduled charging and current regulation functions. The unit features IP54 protection rating and UL94 V0 flame retardant material. A complete safety suite including undervoltage overvoltage overload overcurrent overtemperature leakage grounding lightning and flame retardant protection safeguards vehicles and equipment during every charging cycle.

For charging posts, it is usually 3-10 days. If there is no stock, the production lead time is determined according to the order quantity. High-power DC charging posts usually need to be customized according to the customer's technical parameters.

For charging piles, the prototype time is usually 7 days. For DC charging posts, the prototype time is usually 15 days. For high power fast charging stations, the technical parameters need to be determined before production, and the prototype time is usually 30 days.

Our products are divided into two categories: household and commercial. For home chargers, we provide standardized service: 1 year warranty + remote installation and usage guidance + video installation tutorial.
