In order to improve oil yield rate and get high quality peanut oil, the groundnut oil machine price should consist following processes: pretreatment, prepressing, solvent extraction and refining.
These large oil presses are generally divided into two kinds: oil press for hot pressing, and low temperature oil press for cold pressing. The large scale oil press extraction machines we supply is suitable for extraction of vegetable oils from oil bearing seeds and nuts, such as rapeseeds, grounnut, sesame seeds, cottonseeds, soybean seeds, corn germ, copra, sunflower seeds, etc.
What is the cotton seed and oil plant description?
First, seed experiences some working procedures, cleaning, flaking, cooking, expelling, in the pee-treatment plant; seed → magnetic box → cleaning →flaking → oil pressing → oil
filtration→ extraction plant.
1. Magnetic separation: Clearing the iron impurity which might be in the seed. Since during the process, the iron impurity will be harmful to the machines.
2. Cleaning: This parts have different size cleaning sieves toseparate the different impurities. Through this part, most of the impurities are removed out of oil seeds.
3. Crusher: Because of the big size of oil seeds, the oil seeds are necessary to be crushed to
small pieces.
4. Cooker: This machine can adjust the moisture content of the oil seeds. It’s also good for the
pressing and oil extraction process.
5. Pressing: This machine is used to extract oil out of oil seeds.
Finally,the crude oil needs to be refined to get refining oil, after degumming, deacidification, decoloration, dewaxing, deodorization.
Crude cotton oil → degumming ,deacidification→ decolorization →deodorization → refined cotton oil.

Q: How to ask quotation?
A: Please note us what tpye of raw seeds , and how many tons of raw seeds you want to treat per day, then we will send you quotation as soon as we can.
Q: What's the difference between sunflower oil process and soybean oil process?
A: The biggest difference between these two is that the sunflower oil need dewaxing after refining.
Q: Why need extraction ?
A:If only pressed, oil residue inside cake is very high at lease 6%. But after extraction, the oil residue will be less than 1%, which greatly increases the oil yield.
Q: What chemical is used in oil extraction machine, and this chemical can be recovered?
A: Solvent n-hexane, most of this chemical can be recovered for recycling use.
Q: What will be happened if without good dewaxing?
A: Without good dewaxing, the final oil will be not so transparent as the oil with good dewaxing, especially in cold weather, the oil will easily become milky, or some solid inside.
Q: Do you offer oversea installation ,commissioning and training?
