 Product Description

The CHINGCUNG Q(ZY/XY)-2/200 enameled copper wire features a dual-layer insulation system. The base coat consists of modified polyesterimide resin (Class 180/200), while the outer coat is a high-performance polyamideimide (PAI) layer. This unique composite structure combines the excellent thermal properties of polyesterimide with the outstanding abrasion resistance, chemical inertness, and refrigerant compatibility of polyamideimide.

Unlike single-coated wires, this product is specifically engineered for hermetic motor applications, where prolonged exposure to refrigerants (such as R134a, R410A, R32) and lubricating oils is common. It ensures long-term reliability under extreme operating conditions.

Test conditions: 175°C for 14 days, followed by mandrel wrap and breakdown voltage verification — no significant degradation observed.
