The SN774 Comparative Tracking Index (CTI) and Proof Tracking Index (PTI) tester is a professional laboratory testing device engineered for evaluating the tracking resistance performance of solid insulating materials. Fully compliant with global IEC, UL and ASTM international standards, this precision testing equipment is widely adopted by quality inspection laboratories, manufacturing factories and third-party certification institutions across Europe, North America, Southeast Asia and other global regions.
Simulating the actual working environment of electrical products, the tester adopts ammonium chloride liquid dripping and high-voltage electrode conduction mode to detect insulation failure, tracking breakdown and flame ignition of insulating materials under the combined action of electric field, humidity and contaminants. It provides accurate and reliable test data for material selection, product safety certification and quality control of electrical and electronic products.
High-precision Test Configuration: Equipped with imported Prominent micropump to ensure ultra-accurate liquid drop volume and dripping interval, eliminating manual operation errors and ensuring repeatable test results.
Professional Platinum Electrode: Adopts standard-size platinum electrode with 60° included angle and 1.00N constant pressure, real-time pressure display on screen, fully meeting standard test requirements.
Intelligent PLC Control System: Equipped with 7-inch full-color touch screen, one-click setting of test voltage, current, dripping times and timing parameters, simple operation and intelligent data display.
Safe & Humanized Design: Closed test chamber, external operation after door closing, automatic alarm for tracking failure (≥2s), effectively ensuring operator safety.
